Description

DeScenza Diamonds first opened in 1915 in the Downtown Crossing area of Boston, Massachusetts. Alfred F. DeScenza started the business in a small office on the 6th floor of 387 Washington Street, known for his integrity, honesty, and excellent customer service.

In 1946, Alfred's son, Fred DeScenza, and Fred’s brother-in-law, Hugh MacIsaac, joined the business. They expanded from a small office to a large 6,000 square foot space on the 6th floor of the Diamond and Jewelry Building.

Today, our main store in downtown Boston is still across from Millennium Tower and Shoppers Park. When you enter, you’ll see a bronze mural in the lobby. The elevator takes you up to a spectacular 6,000 square foot showroom full of diamonds, watches, and fine jewelry!

We have four locations in Massachusetts: Boston, Framingham, Hingham, and Peabody. Alfred DeScenza would be proud to see his family's continued passion for the business.

We are committed to high environmental and ethical standards, offering only beautiful and rare diamonds sourced responsibly. Our inventory includes GIA certified diamonds and the Forevermark diamond collection.

We also feature designers like Sasha Primak, Sylvie, Sofer, Ed Levin, Shy Creation, Anna Beck, and Fope, as well as timepieces from Baume and Mercier, Raymond Weil, Michele, Movado, and Longines. We also offer gifts from Simon Pearce, Mariposa, Chelsea, and Reed and Barton.

For over a century, DeScenza has been a trusted name in jewelry in Massachusetts. We specialize in making your celebrations shine. As a family-run business, we invite you to explore the exciting offerings at DeScenza Diamonds.
